Highly motivated individuals read on....
At Sportacular we are proud of the highly skilled team that we have working for us.
"The Staff are young, qualified and full of energy, no child is left unnoticed and all are encouraged to engage in the activities taking place to maximise their enjoyment. Sportacular have a special way of encouraging even the shyest of children to take part and have fun. The quality of provision is high: low child to staff ratios ensure all children are fully supervised whilst benefiting from coaching in small groups, children with special need receive one to one support, and policies and procedures are in place to ensure all children can take part regardless of their needs"
Rachel Voller, Wickford Extended Services

Back to Camp programme (16+ year olds)
Some of us are born leaders. Back to Camp is a new programme aimed at individuals who participated in Sportacular when they were younger and would now like to return as coaching assistants taking on a more senior role. Participation in Sportacular provides a unique insight into how our camps are run and the principles we stand for. This knowledge is extremely useful and that is why we are keen to encourage those interested to return.
If you are interested in coming back to camp then please let us know by emailing us at enquiries@sportacular.co.uk
Training
At Sportacular we hold a number of team training days every year to update all our staff on policy information, share knowledge and ideas and to ensure a consistency in our approach.
The next training day is currently scheduled for January 2010 in preparation for our February half term camps.
